Once we have agreed what you want on your site and the draft has been agreed we will enable you to have access to the site to make some basic changes.
Communication
During the build phase, we would agree objectives, set up Zoom meetings to share content or discuss your business target audience and messaging.
Sign Off
Once you are happy with the final version of the web site we lock it in and then any further changes are modifications and chargeable depending on the regularity and size of change.

Do you sign any contracts?
Yes, we will send a contract and once agreed and signed the work will commence.
Are there any other fees?
Yes, If you require std stock pictures and graphics from Abobe Stock or other providers then those costs will be for your account.
Is my email secure?
Yes, Once the domain is set up and the email account provisioned then you will log in and set-up up your email and personalise your own password. All the servers are secured in the UK and Germany Hosted server environments.
How long are the contracts?
We typically have 12-month contracts but should you require shorter then we will negotiate the rates.
Is there a one time set-up fee?
Yes, there is a one time set up fee for the lock-in on any domains that are secured and the initial set up of the email hosted service. These are variable depending on the domain and will be discussed all upfront before we commit to proceeding.
What if I have my own domain?
We can work with your domain and depending on where that’s hosted we can arrange to point that domain to my hosted web site environment, there may however be other fees associated with that arrangement.
